Senior UX Researcher (f/m/d) at AWIN

The role

The Senior UX Researcher leads strategic and tactical research initiatives to uncover user insights and influence product decisions across the platform. You will partner with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver impactful research that helps the organization make evidence-based decisions with confidence.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end research projects from definition to stakeholder alignment
• Execute qualitative and quantitative activities like usability testing and interviews
• Translate complex findings into actionable insights for product and business decisions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and answer research questions
• Support research operations and maintain the internal insights repository
• Mentor colleagues to support the growth of research maturity

What you'll bring

• Four or more years of UX research experience in digital products
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Experience independently leading complex research projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for audiences
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards
