Senior UX Researcher (f/m/d) at AWIN

The role

The Senior UX Researcher leads strategic and tactical research initiatives to uncover user insights and influence product decisions across the platform. You will partner with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver impactful research that helps the organization understand customers and make evidence-based decisions.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end research projects from problem definition to stakeholder alignment
• Execute qualitative and quantitative activities including usability testing and behavioral analysis
• Translate complex research findings into clear and actionable product recommendations
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify high-value business questions
• Champion customer needs and influence product strategy through evidence-based insights
• Support research operations and mentor colleagues to grow research maturity

What you'll bring

• At least four years of experience conducting UX research for digital products
• Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Proven ability to lead complex research projects independently from start to finish
• Strong communication and presentation skills tailored for diverse audiences
• Experience operating effectively within ambiguous and fast-moving environments
