Senior Product Designer, Agent Experience at Vanta

The role

As a Senior Product Designer for Agent Experience, you will define how AI agents assist security and compliance teams with clarity and control. You will shape both the underlying agent harness and the customer-facing workflows to automate complex security tasks while maintaining user trust.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end design for agent-led projects from discovery through launch
• Define how agents and tools are surfaced and understood by customers
• Create patterns for reviewing and correcting agent-generated work
• Design interaction models across Vanta and third-party platforms like Slack
• Establish product principles for trustworthy and transparent agent behavior
• Conduct customer discovery and usability testing with security users

What you'll bring

• Seven or more years of product design experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven experience designing AI-powered products or complex automation systems
• Expertise in designing workflows that require human judgment and intervention
• Strong skills in interaction design and information architecture
• Ability to design across various surfaces including third-party interfaces
