The role

The Creative Project Manager serves as the operational backbone for performance marketing campaigns across multiple DTC and e-commerce client accounts. This remote role focuses on managing the full delivery lifecycle from brand onboarding to final creative output while ensuring all assets move on time.

What you'll do

• Coordinate end-to-end UGC processes including creator briefing and content review
• Manage shoot logistics and production timelines between account leads and production teams
• Oversee campaign onboarding and confirm all project timelines before kickoff
• Maintain accurate real-time content schedules and asset trackers across all accounts
• Provide proactive updates to Account Managers to mitigate risks and ensure smooth delivery
• Perform quality control reviews on all creative assets before they reach the account lead

What you'll bring

• Two or more years of experience in project management or production coordination
• Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems before they escalate
• Strong and concise communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with UGC workflows or performance creative production processes
