The role

This Creative Project Manager role serves as the operational backbone for a performance agency group, managing the full delivery lifecycle of creative assets. You will be embedded across multiple client accounts to ensure campaigns move on time and production workflows remain seamless.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end UGC processes from creator briefing to content delivery
• Coordinate shoot logistics and production timelines between account leads and production teams
• Maintain accurate real-time content schedules and asset trackers across all accounts
• Conduct quality control reviews on all assets before they reach account managers
• Facilitate brand onboarding and confirm campaign timelines during project kickoffs
• Maintain strong relationships and consistent communication with creators and influencers

What you'll bring

• At least two years of experience in project management or production coordination
• Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
