The role

This Senior Account Manager role at Hambi Media involves leading client pods and strengthening the agency's middle management layer. You will blend client leadership, team management, and delivery ownership for high-value D2C and e-commerce accounts.

What you'll do

• Own senior relationships across high-impact client accounts
• Lead strategic conversations and performance reviews
• Line-manage and coach Account Managers within your pod
• Oversee UGC and creative workflows to ensure clean execution
• Identify opportunities for account growth and retention
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery risks

What you'll bring

• At least 4 years of agency account management experience
• Proven track record of managing or mentoring other Account Managers
• Strong knowledge of performance creative and UGC launch cycles
• Commercial awareness regarding margins and account growth
• Ability to lead senior client conversations independently
