Sales Compensation Design Lead at Stripe

The role

Stripe is seeking an experienced Sales Compensation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and performance assessment of sales compensation programs. This role involves partnering with global sales leadership to align compensation structures with company objectives and OKRs.

What you'll do

• Lead the annual sales compensation plan design cycle for specific sales teams
• Implement measurable metrics that align with company priorities and OKRs
• Manage the rollout and enablement of compensation plans across the organization
• Conduct quantitative measurements to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans
• Propose and design SPIFFs to further align sales focus with strategic goals
• Serve as the primary contact for sales leadership regarding compensation strategy

What you'll bring

• Bachelor degree in Business Finance Economics Math or Statistics
• Five or more years of experience in a Sales Compensation role
• Three years of experience leading the sales compensation design process
• Proficiency with CRM and Incentive Compensation Management tools
• Strong logic problem solving and advanced Excel modeling skills
