Design Engineer at Winthrop Technologies

The role

Winthrop Technologies is seeking a Design Engineer to join their project team in Dublin, Ireland. This role focuses on supporting the development and coordination of design solutions across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplines for data center projects.

What you'll do

• Support the development and coordination of design solutions across all project disciplines.
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders on design-related activities.
• Liaise with construction teams to ensure design intent is implemented on site.
• Manage RFIs and provide timely responses to technical queries.
• Identify and resolve design and technical coordination issues.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in a design engineering role.
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD or Revit.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary design teams on construction projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles and regulatory standards.
