The role

This Design Manager role involves leading the design delivery for Bus Connects projects within a consultancy team. The position acts as a primary interface with clients while managing the full design process for infrastructure developments.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and delivery of Bus Connects projects
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and key stakeholders
• Ensure delivery meets scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality requirements
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to drive collaboration and performance
• Coordinate the work of specialist sub-consultants
• Manage the full design process from inception to completion

What you'll bring

• Chartered Engineer status with Engineers Ireland or equivalent professional body
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering or transport infrastructure
• Proven experience in managing complex infrastructure projects
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated ability in client and stakeholder engagement
