Head of Design at Isometric

The role

Isometric is seeking a Lead Design to build and direct their design team while remaining hands-on during a pivotal growth stage. You will shape the user experience for complex climate certification products and define the company's brand identity across all touchpoints.

What you'll do

• Lead the design function and set the quality bar for the entire company
• Build and manage a small team of high-performing designers
• Design complex product workflows that accelerate climate solution certification
• Maintain a hands-on approach to UX and UI design as the company scales
• Shape the brand identity across marketing materials and social media
• Implement AI-driven design processes to increase efficiency and quality

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience taking complex products from prototype to shipment
• Proven track record of building and leading small design teams
• Deep expertise in end-to-end product craft including UX and UI
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance design workflows
• Ability to work in-person at the office three days per week
