The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of user research activities to provide deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive user research strategies aligned with business and product goals.
Lead and mentor a team of user researchers to conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
Design and manage user research studies including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and ethnographic studies.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate research findings into the product development process.
Translate complex research data into clear, actionable insights and communicate findings effectively across all levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications:
