The role

The Creative Director serves as the brand's creative conscience and guardian of visual identity across all consumer touchpoints. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this leader mentors an in-house design team and manages a network of creative partners to drive measurable business growth.

What you'll do

• Own the visual direction and content standards for the brand social media presence
• Lead creative direction for packaging including cans and limited edition seeding kits
• Conceptualize and execute end-to-end brand campaigns and product launches
• Develop and evolve the brand visual identity and voice across all touchpoints
• Mentor the in-house design team and build repeatable creative systems
• Manage a network of external photographers and creative production partners

What you'll bring

• At least seven years of experience in CPG brand marketing or creative agencies
• Proven track record of omnichannel creative success in lifestyle or beverage categories
• Expert fluency in Adobe Creative Suite with a player-coach leadership style
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and current content performance trends
• Ability to translate creative decisions into commercial outcomes and brand equity
