The role

The Associate Design Director sets creative vision, builds narratives, and directs creative concepts. This role involves leading creative teams and guiding designers to deliver world-class creative work. You will report to the Associate Creative Director within an 18-person design team.

What you'll do

• Own and lead the creative direction across projects.
• Define the vision and turn client briefs into high-impact concepts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative team of 3-5 reports.
• Set a consistent creative standard across in-house and freelance teams.
• Lead clear, confident communication and translate briefs into strong creative direction.
• Act as the trusted advisor for both clients and internal teams.

What you'll bring

• Highly creative and skilled vision setter with a strong eye for detail.
• Experienced design leader with 10+ years in luxury brand, retail, or agency environments.
• Proven people management and team development skills are essential.
• Excellent communicator, confident presenting to senior stakeholders and managing client relationships.
• Strong technical skills across SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software.
