Founding Designer (m/f/d) at praxipal

The role

As the first designer at praxipal, you will define the visual identity and user experience for AI-powered healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for everything from daily-use product interfaces to marketing assets that drive growth.

• Design product interfaces for medical practices to use daily
• Transform complex problems into clear user flows with product and engineering teams
• Build and maintain a lean design system for company-wide consistency
• Own the visual identity and produce marketing assets for growth
• Make complex AI technology accessible and tangible for healthcare users
• Elevate the overall design quality across the entire organization

What you'll bring

• At least two years of multi-disciplinary design experience in fast-paced environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing both product UI/UX and visual brand work
• Proficiency with modern design stacks and user-centered design methodologies
• Ability to use data and analytics to inform design decisions
• Native-level German language skills and proficiency in English

Your impact

You will play a critical role in scaling praxipal's AI receptionist, Luna, into new medical fields and international markets. By defining the brand's look and feel, you will directly influence how healthcare professionals interact with AI technology to solve the industry's staffing crisis.
