The role

Join the Disney Dreamlight Valley team as a Narrative Designer to craft engaging dialogue and character-driven stories for a live, cross-platform game. You will work closely with the Narrative Director and an international writing team to bring iconic Disney characters to life while ensuring narrative elements support the overall player experience.

What you'll do

• Craft engaging dialogue between characters and the player
• Develop character-driven stories with clear motivations and emotional beats
• Maintain authentic Disney character voices and narrative consistency
• Create and maintain clear narrative documentation using tools like Excel and Miro
• Participate actively in writers rooms and creative team discussions
• Implement narrative content into the game using the game editor

What you'll bring

• Strong English writing skills and proficiency with a Ukrainian-speaking team
• Background in creative writing for games, theatre, film, or dramatic media
• Deep understanding of plot structure, character development, and interactive storytelling
• Ability to adapt creative ideas to production and gameplay constraints
• Proficiency in presenting narrative ideas through tools like PowerPoint or Miro
