The role

This graduate role joins the Design and Research Operations team in London to support multidisciplinary product teams. You will work within a central team to improve design talent, delivery, and culture while contributing to the global mission of building a fair financial system.

What you'll do

• Help execute Design leadership visions and maintain day-to-day community operations
• Set up collaborative initiatives and coordinate across various multidisciplinary teams
• Gather feedback on the impact of operational initiatives to ensure success
• Support end-to-end program delivery for global product feature rollouts
• Identify opportunities to improve team maturity and drive continuous improvement
• Introduce new practices or training to boost design community efficiency

What you'll bring

• Graduating in 2026 or 2027 with a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree
• Available to start a full-time role in London by September 2027
• Passionate about design, human behavior, or project management
• Proven track record of optimizing processes or driving positive change
• Familiarity with agile concepts or structured problem-solving methods
