Role Description As an Application Flows Designer Intern at GrowFirma, you will help map and structure how users interact with our digital products and founder-facing tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing intuitive application flows, creating user journey diagrams, and documenting process steps that guide founders through key stages such as MVP planning, funding, and team building. You will collaborate with product, design, and operations team members to refine workflows and ensure a consistent, user-centered experience across the platform. This is a mandatory, unpaid internship role, and programming knowledge is not required. The position is hybrid, based in Berlin, Germany, with the flexibility to perform part of the work from home.

Qualifications

Ability to understand and collaborate closely with Software Development teams, even without writing code, to align application flows with technical constraints.Foundational Project Management skills, including task organization, prioritization, and clear documentation of requirements and processes.Basic awareness of Databases and data flows, with the capacity to consider how information is stored and used within different parts of an application.Interest in Integration concepts, especially how different tools and systems connect to create seamless end-to-end user experiences.General understanding of Programming principles (logic, conditions, steps) to design clear, structured user flows, even without hands-on coding.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a user-centered mindset.Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Berlin, Germany, collaborating effectively with a diverse, international team.Enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., business, design, information systems, product management) and interest in startups or digital products is advantageous.
