Job Description

About The Role

This is a rare opportunity to own brand design end-to-end at a fast-growing enterprise AI platform company based in Berlin. You'll define how the brand looks, feels, and shows up — from the website and design system to merch, office spaces, and event activations. With real creative latitude and rapid feedback loops, you'll see the direct impact of your work quickly.

This is an on-site role in Berlin, Germany. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What You'll Do

Own and evolve the design system — maintaining components, tokens, and visual patterns built for reuse and scale. Design high-quality merchandise, brief suppliers, iterate on samples, and make final calls on materials and quality. Shape physical spaces including the office environment, event setups, and conference booths to craft intentional brand experiences. Lead special creative projects end-to-end — from launch moments and campaigns to one-off collaborations. Maintain the website's visual and frontend quality, shipping production-ready updates independently without a ticket queue. Move fluidly between Figma, briefs, and vendor management while keeping multiple projects moving in parallel. Treat brand as a complete experience — aligning objects, spaces, and screens around a cohesive, opinionated point of view. Leverage AI tools to accelerate your workflow without sacrificing creative judgment or quality.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

5+ years of brand design experience delivering end-to-end brand experiences — including design systems, merchandise, and physical spaces. Strong Figma skills and the ability to ship designs in production with frontend implementation (no handoff to developers). Proven track record leading high-visibility creative projects from concept to delivery. Design system ownership: experience building and maintaining components, tokens, and scalable visual patterns. Hands-on merch production and vendor management experience — able to brief suppliers and assess quality. Experience with spatial/experiential design for offices, events, or exhibitions. Comfort with ambiguity — able to define the brief when none exists. Practical use of AI tools to accelerate work while preserving design judgment. Collaborative, kind, and able to clearly defend design decisions with taste and rigor.

Nice to have:

Experience with color token creation or accessibility considerations in design systems. Motion design or animation capabilities to augment brand storytelling.

Location

This role is based on-site in Berlin, Germany. You'll be embedded in a small, high-output creative team. Visa sponsorship is not available — candidates must already have the right to work in Germany.
