The role

What you'll bring

• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of seven years of prior consulting experience.
• Experience leading significant consulting engagements in complex organizations.
• Solid understanding of organizational design and HR transformation.
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
