The role

This position focuses on overseeing slab track design to ensure compliance with international standards and project specifications. The role involves managing design schedules, performing technical reviews, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated railway solutions.

What you'll do

• Oversee and coordinate slab track design to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Perform detailed technical reviews of design drawings and calculations for quality assurance
• Develop innovative solutions to address technical challenges and project constraints
• Manage design schedules and identify risks to ensure timely project delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all slab track design aspects
• Collaborate with civil structural signaling and electrical teams for integrated designs

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in railway or track design projects
• In-depth knowledge of slab track systems and construction techniques
• Familiarity with international standards including EN AREMA and UIC
• Proficiency in analysis tools such as Midas Civil STAAD Pro or SAP2000
• Proven ability to perform static dynamic and fatigue analyses for safety
