Senior Product Designer at Paired

The role

Paired is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Growth squad, focusing on accelerating subscription growth and improving user acquisition. This pivotal role involves owning the end-to-end design process for features that encourage user invites, unlock deeper premium value, and seamlessly convert users into subscribers. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute design strategies that balance user delight with business impact.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for innovative acquisition and monetisation strategies from concept to launch.
• Partner with Product Managers and Researchers to uncover the biggest opportunities for new and existing users.
• Design intuitive referral flows and viral features that encourage users to invite friends.
• Optimize and innovate on the web-to-app funnel, ensuring seamless onboarding and subscription experiences.
• Experiment with the Free / Premium split, plans, pricing, and discounts to connect users with Paired Premium.
• Deliver pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI for mobile and web, aligned with visual language and accessibility standards.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience in product design for mobile applications and web with a focus on subscription-based products.
• Professional background in supporting the growth and scaling phase of at least one Tech company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing case studies that demonstrate great product thinking, UX, interaction, and visual design skills.
• Deep knowledge of best practices for information architecture, navigation, UX, UI, and responsive design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, predominantly Figma, with an interest in learning new tools.
