Lead Product Designer at Paired

The role

As a Lead Product Designer, you will shape experiences that help couples feel more connected through the Paired app and real-life interactions. You will lead the design of core features, turning concepts into high-quality, engaging solutions that drive user retention and intimacy.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end product design process from initial discovery to post-launch iteration
• Translate business goals into user-centered solutions that drive engagement and revenue
• Incorporate micro-animations and haptics to bring delight and polish to the product
• Identify and prototype new features based on a deep understanding of user needs
• Collaborate with researchers to validate ideas and de-risk assumptions through lean testing
• Evolve the design system while mentoring peers to maintain high standards of craft

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience designing consumer-facing mobile apps, ideally in subscription-based verticals
• Expertise in interaction design and motion to elevate usability and delight
• Proven ability to use data and user research to justify design decisions
• Experience applying gamification techniques to improve user engagement and business metrics
• Strong prototyping skills and familiarity with using AI tools for rapid visualization
