The role

Paired is seeking an exceptional Graphic & Motion Designer to grow and engage its audience. This role focuses on producing high-quality static and motion creatives, primarily for paid acquisition. It offers an immediate impact in a growing startup, shaping the Paired brand's ongoing development.

What you'll do

• Design and produce high-quality static and motion creative for paid acquisition, including UGC-style video.
• Create static visual assets across brand campaigns, lifecycle channels, social media, and screenshots.
• Actively contribute to the discovery of new, original ideas for creative briefs.
• Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Growth, Brand, and Design teams.
• Maintain high standards of craft and quality, ensuring work meets brand guidelines.

What you'll bring

• Possess strong graphic design fundamentals and the ability to create engaging motion design.
• Have experience producing static and motion assets for paid ads and brand marketing.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in relevant design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exhibit strong creative judgment, curiosity, and a passion for experimentation.
• Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to support image and video creation.
