Lead Product Designer at Paired

The role

As a Lead Product Designer at Paired, you will shape app experiences that deepen intimacy and help couples feel more connected. You will lead the design of the core app experience, turning concepts into high-quality features that drive retention and delight users.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end product design from discovery and ideation through to execution
• Translate business goals into user-centered solutions that drive engagement and revenue
• Incorporate micro-animations and haptics to bring delight to the user experience
• Identify new product features by deeply understanding user needs and leading ideation
• Collaborate on lean research to validate ideas and inform design decision-making
• Evolve the design system and mentor peers to raise the overall design bar

• Deep expertise in designing consumer-facing mobile apps and subscription-based products
• Expert knowledge of interaction design, micro-interactions, and motion design
• Proven track record of using data and user research to justify design decisions
