Role Overview

Compass is seeking a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive workflows for complex real estate transactions. You will lead the design lifecycle from concept to shipping while collaborating with cross-functional teams to empower agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-impact enterprise workflow experiences for commissions and financial reporting
• Create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using modern design systems
• Conduct design research to identify user pain points and validate solutions
• Partner with product managers to define strategy and execute roadmap requirements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation across platforms
• Use data and analytics to measure and improve product performance
