Role Overview

Compass is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the CRM experience of the Home Platform real estate operating system. You will design scalable workflows and AI-powered features that help agents manage relationships and automate tasks effectively. This role involves close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to create intuitive, high-trust user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual artifacts like customer journeys and user flows to drive decision-making
• Develop prototypes and facilitate research sessions to iterate on AI-driven features
• Design conversational and multimodal experiences to enhance agent workflows
• Deliver detailed design documentation for complex onboarding and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to balance technical constraints with user needs
• Maintain and contribute to established design systems for platform consistency
