Role Overview

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior Technical Designer to join the Cyberpunk 2 team in North America. This role focuses on identifying friction points and unblocking workflows for all design disciplines to achieve the project vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve developmental friction points for designers
• Design workflows and authorship tools for abilities and items
• Act as a bridge between the design and engineering disciplines
• Add features to technical architecture to extend designer functionality
• Ensure clear documentation and smart team-wide communication
• Proactively exchange feedback and ideas across multiple disciplines

Requirements Snapshot

• Five or more years of experience in technical design
• At least one shipped AAA game title
• Proficiency in writing C++ within Unreal Engine 4 or 5
• Strong ability to debug and diagnose problems through code
• Proven experience improving developer workflows and implementation efficiency
