Role Overview

Compass is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the CRM experience of its enterprise-scale real estate operating system. You will design scalable workflows and AI-powered features that help agents manage relationships and automate tasks more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual artifacts like customer journeys and user flows to drive alignment
• Develop prototypes for usability testing and research sessions
• Design AI-based conversational and multimodal user experiences
• Produce detailed design documentation for engineering and product partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally to balance user needs and technical constraints
• Maintain and contribute to established design systems for platform consistency
