The role

Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking a Senior Deputy Design Manager to lead large-scale municipal renovation and restacking projects. The role involves directing project managers and managing CMAR contracts through all phases from design to closeout.

What you'll do

• Manage civil scopes through all phases of design and construction
• Direct project managers in handling CMARs and design professionals
• Prepare project documentation including schedules and change orders
• Maintain basis of design and template specifications for civil elements
• Manage external design consultants throughout the construction process
• Oversee the commissioning of electrical scopes for project completion

What you'll bring

• Degree in civil engineering or construction management
• Experience in project management for large-scale construction programs
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Revit Bluebeam and MS Office Suite
• Prior experience in civil design and commissioning
• Strong presentation and collaborative team player skills
