The role

As a Strategist at Kyra, you will lead the development of platform-native campaign strategies for major enterprise accounts. You will oversee the strategic direction from pitch to post-campaign, translating data and cultural trends into creative concepts across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

What you'll do

• Develop end-to-end campaign strategies including audience profiling and creator casting logic
• Craft platform-native campaign concepts that align with brand tone and commercial goals
• Write high-quality briefs and strategic decks for clients and creators
• Define measurement frameworks and interpret performance KPIs to inform optimization
• Conduct cultural listening and market research to forecast trends within the beauty category
• Present strategic recommendations directly to clients and lead strategic advisory efforts

What you'll bring

• Four to six years of experience in strategy or branded content
• Deep knowledge of TikTok culture and platform-native audience behavior
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance strategic workflows
• Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and audience data
• Exceptional storytelling brief-writing and client presentation skills
