Senior Manager - Advertising & Communication Design at Glance

The role

As Senior Design Manager, you will lead the evolution of Glance AI’s visual identity across global markets and digital platforms. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of designers, translating creative vision into actionable plans and high-quality outputs.

What you'll do

• Define and evolve the visual and interaction design language across all digital experiences
• Manage and mentor a team of 6 to 10 designers to foster high creative standards
• Oversee project planning, resourcing, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align design strategy with business and brand goals
• Guide designers on UI/UX principles, motion, and interaction to ensure intuitive experiences
• Champion the use of AI-powered design tools to improve productivity and creative exploration

What you'll bring

• Over 10 years of experience in graphic or visual design with 3 to 5 years in leadership
• Proven track record of managing and delivering work through teams of 6 to 10 designers
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first, interaction-led, and brand-driven campaign work
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and contemporary US consumer pop culture
• Proficiency in integrating AI and emerging technologies into creative workflows
