PandaDoc is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to bridge the gap between product design and front-end engineering within the Growth track. This role focuses on using AI-first tools to rapidly prototype interactions and move ideas from concept to production-grade React code.
You will fundamentally change how the Growth team decides what to build by compressing the distance between initial ideas and validated decisions. By raising the execution ceiling for AI-assisted output, you will enable the entire team to ship higher-quality surfaces at a significantly faster pace.
