PandaDoc is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to work at the intersection of design and engineering within the Growth track. This role focuses on rapid prototyping and shipping production-grade React code to validate AI-native product ideas.
The successful candidate will compress the distance between initial ideas and validated decisions by delivering high-fidelity prototypes. Impact is measured by the quality of shipped surfaces and the increased speed of the entire team through the creation of reusable patterns and AI-enabled operations.
