PandaDoc is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to bridge the gap between design and engineering within the Growth track. This role focuses on rapid prototyping and shipping production-grade React code to validate AI-native product ideas quickly.
You will fundamentally change how the Growth team decides what to build by compressing the distance from idea to validated decision. By setting the quality ceiling for AI-assisted work and building scalable operations, you will significantly increase the team's shipping velocity and execution standards.
