We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Engineer specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems to join our team in New Delhi, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating MEPF systems for various building projects, ensuring optimal functionality, efficiency, and compliance with local and international standards.

  • Develop comprehensive MEPF designs for commercial, residential, and industrial projects
  • Create detailed drawings and specifications using advanced CAD software
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other team members to integrate MEPF systems into overall building designs
  • Perform load calculations and system sizing to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for design development
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate design concepts to clients and team members
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including design reports and technical submittals
  • Implement sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions in MEPF systems
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in MEPF design for building projects
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and Revit MEP
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations applicable to MEPF systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client interactions
  • Familiarity with sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required

Additional Information

Qualification:  B. Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering

Total Experience- 5 years after B.Tech in design of Public Buildings.
