The role

The Lighting Design Lead develops and manages global lighting standards to enhance member experience and clinical function across all Neko Health locations. This role operates at the intersection of spatial experience and product development to establish a scalable and consistent lighting strategy.

What you'll do

• Establish a scalable and globally consistent lighting strategy for all locations
• Develop comprehensive lighting standards for the Location Design Playbook
• Drive lighting innovation for next-generation scanning environments and clinic typologies
• Provide concept-level creative guidance to regional design teams worldwide
• Review and provide feedback on consultant documentation as a brand guardian
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Hardware, Software, and Medical Excellence

What you'll bring

• Degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural lighting design
• Proven experience developing lighting standards for multi-site global organizations
• Deep technical knowledge of LED systems, controls, and building management integration
• Proficiency in lighting design software such as DIALux, Relux, or AGi32

Your impact

Within the first year, you will deliver a documented global lighting standard in the Location Design Playbook covering all clinic zones. You will successfully guide lighting concepts for active regional projects while establishing strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure all lighting decisions are technically sound and aligned with Neko's brand identity.
