FFE Design Lead at Neko Health

The role

The FF+E Design Lead owns the global strategy for furniture, fixtures, equipment, and accessories across all Neko Health locations. This role bridges interior design, user experience, and procurement to create a cohesive and scalable physical environment for members.

What you'll do

• Develop global FF+E standards and documentation for the Location Design Playbook
• Establish a scalable procurement strategy with preferred global and regional suppliers
• Provide creative guidance to regional design teams on active global projects
• Collaborate with industrial designers to develop bespoke proprietary furniture and accessories
• Drive product selection and material specifications for all clinic zones
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align design with operations and brand

What you'll bring

• Degree in Interior, Product, Furniture, Industrial Design, or Architecture
• Minimum 8 years of experience in FF+E design and procurement
• Proven track record developing standards for global multi-site organizations
• Deep expertise in bespoke manufacturing methods and material quality
• Strong knowledge of ergonomics and commercial safety compliance standards
