Architecture Design Lead EMEA at Neko Health

The role

This role involves leading the physical design standards and spatial experience for Neko Health clinics across the EMEA region. You will translate brand principles into high-impact physical environments to support the company mission of accessible preventative care.

What you'll do

• Own and evolve physical design standards for all clinic touchpoints across EMEA
• Lead concept development and design direction for new location rollouts
• Translate brand and experience principles into compelling physical environments
• Manage layouts and test fits from initial concept through to final delivery
• Partner with project managers and consultants to deliver spaces on time
• Create scalable standards within the Location Design Playbook to support expansion

What you'll bring

• At least 8 years of experience in architecture or design management
• Proven ability to manage cross-disciplinary design teams and external consultants
• Deep knowledge of building codes and regulations across European markets
• Proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management across complex projects
