Lead Product Manager, Agentic UX at Hover

The role

Hover is seeking a product leader to oversee its Core experience and transform the platform into a unified, intuitive product for contractors and insurance teams. You will manage shared foundations like authentication and collaboration while shaping how AI integrates across the entire Hover ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Develop the strategy for shared platform features including authentication and team collaboration.
• Create self-service growth paths to improve customer activation and retention.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to maintain high standards for usability and accessibility.
• Align product investments with key business metrics like revenue and operational costs.
• Build automated AI-driven loops to incorporate customer feedback into product improvements.
• Manage tradeoffs across different product areas to ensure a cohesive user experience.

What you'll bring

• At least 8 years of experience in product management shipping customer-facing products at scale.
• Proven expertise in managing complex surfaces like platform identity or core UX.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs and architecture tradeoffs alongside analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for prototyping and building automated workflows.
• Experience collaborating effectively with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
