Lead Designer at Hover

The role

As a Lead Designer at Hover, you will solve complex user problems by designing and shipping high-quality product experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to raise the bar for craft and design thinking while evolving the company's design system.

What you'll do

• Design and ship end-to-end product experiences
• Prototype and test ideas early and often
• Partner cross-functionally with product managers and engineers
• Contribute to and evolve the Hover design system
• Navigate constraints and tradeoffs in design conversations
• Help teams solve meaningful user problems

What you'll bring

• Seven or more years of experience in product or UX design
• Strong fundamentals across UX UI and visual design
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience solving complex design problems
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions
