Junior Leather Goods Designer at Mulberry

The role

Mulberry is seeking a Junior Designer to join their Leather Goods Design team and support the creation of luxury products from concept to development. Reporting to the Senior Leather Goods Designer, the successful candidate will work across handbags, jewelry, and lifestyle accessories within a B Corp certified environment.

What you'll do

• Research seasonal inspiration, materials, colors, and market trends
• Develop design concepts through hand sketching and digital renderings
• Create technical specification sheets and detailed design documentation
• Build physical 3D mock-ups and prototypes for product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production and merchandising
• Maintain organized archives of design files and technical information

What you'll bring

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong hand drawing and visual communication skills
• Knowledge of handbag construction and leather goods development
• Experience creating technical specification sheets and 3D mock-ups
• Passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and contemporary design
