The role

RW&CO. is looking for a Knitwear Designer to manage one of its most important and high-volume product categories. This role focuses on creating versatile, high-quality collections for both men and women in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll do

• Design and develop knitwear collections for men and women
• Create cohesive collections that align with the brand identity
• Produce detailed sketches and technical specification files
• Research global trends in materials and textures
• Collaborate with buying teams and suppliers for quality assurance
• Explore AI tools to improve creative workflows

What you'll bring

• Minimum five years of experience in fashion design
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and fit
• Bilingual communication skills in English and French
• Proven expertise in knitwear or similar categories
