The role

RW&CO. is seeking an Accessories Designer to design and develop distinctive collections for both women and men. Reporting to the Senior Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring high-quality products from concept to production.

What you'll do

• Design and develop accessory collections including handbags and leather goods
• Propose refined aesthetics and details to define the brand signature
• Create detailed sketches and technical specification sheets for production
• Collaborate with buying teams and suppliers throughout product development
• Research market trends and materials to ensure collection relevance
• Utilize innovative tools including artificial intelligence to enhance creative processes

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in fashion or accessory design for leather goods
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop software
• Strong understanding of manufacturing techniques and material quality
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French
