The role

This position focuses on developing, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The role ensures effective project governance through compliance monitoring, risk management, and claims resolution.

What you'll do

• Develop and negotiate complex contracts with clients and partners
• Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance
• Support claims management activities including preparation and negotiation
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for contracts
• Collaborate with project managers on financial reviews and risk quantification
• Provide input during the tender phase for offer preparation

What you'll bring

• Minimum seven years of experience in a similar contract management role
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial risk management
• Extensive experience with FIDIC Conditions of Contract or similar standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
