Associate Creative Director, Motion Design at ServiceNow

The role

The Associate Creative Director of Motion Design is a hybrid maker-leader role responsible for defining and evolving the ServiceNow brand motion language across all channels. You will lead creative development for high-impact brand events while providing strategic direction to internal teams and external agencies.

What you'll do

• Own motion design projects end-to-end from initial brief through final delivery
• Design and animate directly for key initiatives requiring hands-on creative leadership
• Maintain and evolve the brand motion language to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Manage multiple workstreams and reconcile feedback from leadership under tight deadlines
• Direct and mentor motion designers and agency partners to raise output quality
• Integrate AI-driven tools to expand creative possibilities and improve team workflows

What you'll bring

• Ten or more years of experience in motion design and creative direction
• Mastery of motion principles and tools including After Effects and Cinema 4D
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and experience with global brand moments
• Proven ability to manage people and direct external agency partners
• Exceptional communication skills for aligning stakeholders around a creative vision
