UX Designer - Barcelona Hybrid at WIZELINE

The role

Wizeline is seeking a designer to build and refine components for Index, their core design system. The role focuses on creating scalable components, maintaining Figma libraries, and ensuring design-to-code alignment across multi-brand applications.

What you'll do

• Build and refine components for the core design system to handle edge cases and accessibility
• Maintain and organize Figma libraries to ensure clear structure and documentation for other designers
• Create clear documentation to guide consistent component implementation across product teams
• Manage design tokens and Figma variables to support multi-brand theming and scalability
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design-to-code alignment and consistency
• Bridge core system patterns with specialized product-area extensions and specialized libraries

What you'll bring

• At least four years of product design experience with a focus on design systems
• Advanced proficiency in Figma including component architecture, auto-layout, and variables
• Strong understanding of design tokens and their application in multi-brand environments
• Deep knowledge of design fundamentals and WCAG accessibility standards
• Proven ability to create clear documentation and manage priorities independently
