We are seeking an experienced Signalling CBTC Design Manager to lead the design and integration of advanced railway signalling systems for high‑performance metro projects.

Candidates  will have the following experience:

  • Strong experience in brownfield CBTC migration projects.
  • Proven background in signalling and train control system design, ideally for driverless metros.
  • Expertise in RAM, maintenance methodologies, and reliability modelling.
  • Experience in control room and operator facilities design.     

Additional experience:

  • Experience managing software development, testing, and integration processes using industry‑standard methodologies.
  • Ability to use data analytics tools to optimize development workflows and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design and integration of CBTC signalling solutions.
    • Manage brownfield migrations from legacy systems to CBTC with minimal operational impact.
    • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of signalling and train control systems for driverless metro environments.
    • Apply RAM engineering methods (FMEA, FTA, stochastic modelling) to optimize availability and maintenance strategies.
    • Contribute to the design of control rooms and operational facilities.

    Qualifications

    You hold an engineering degree or a master’s degree and have extensive experience in a technical field, ideally within brownfield railway sector.

    Previous managerial experience would be an asset.
