We are seeking an experienced Rolling Stock Design Manager with strong technical leadership and extensive experience in the full lifecycle of rolling stock engineering for modern metro systems.

Candidates will have the following experience:

  • Advanced knowledge and substantial experience covering the full rolling stock lifecycle (design to maintenance).
  • Proven experience integrating signalling and passenger information systems into both new and existing rolling stock.
  • Demonstrated background in rolling stock decommissioning.

Additional experience:

  • Expertise in interior ergonomics, passenger experience, RAMS requirements, and workshop engineering/operations.
  • Experience managing generation‑to‑generation fleet migrations within the same facilities and infrastructure.
  • Strong background in maintenance strategies, RAM engineering (FMEA, FTA), and stochastic modelling for availability prediction.
  • Solid knowledge of European rolling stock norms and safety standards for homologation.
