Job Description
- Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for prototypes and applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and design systems to support product development.
- Ensure accessibility and responsive design across platforms (Web, Mobile, Desktop).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into functional code.
- Improve user experiences across platforms to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document design decisions based on business requirements.
- Support internal staff through knowledge transfer sessions.
- Continuously improve user interfaces with a focus on simplicity, usability, and design clarity.
Qualifications
Essential
- 6+ years’ experience in the applications development lifecycle
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- An online portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
- Experience with HTML5, CSS/SaSS, and template engines
- Familiarity with client-side and server-side JavaScript
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams
- Effective communication in English, both oral and written
Desirable
- Experience working with AI tools to support the design process
- Experience creating front-end code and collaborating with development teams
