Role Overview

Compass is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design lifecycle for complex real estate transaction workflows. This contract position focuses on creating intuitive experiences for commissions, contracts, and financial reporting within an end-to-end platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to empower agents and simplify the home buying and selling process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-impact enterprise workflow experiences for commissions and financial reporting
